Our semi-automatic container spreader is a lifting attachment used to handle shipping containers, specifically designed for efficient and reliable attachment and detachment to and from the container’s top corner castings using the crane operator’s actions. These spreaders are commonly used in ports and on vessels for lifting 20ft and 40ft ISO containers. They feature a mechanical locking mechanism that is activated by the crane operator when the spreader is lowered onto and lifted from the container.

With a working load limit of 90K pounds for our 40′ unit, all of our spreaders and lifting attachments are designed with safety at top of mind!
